Each bike includes a standard 1-month warranty as part of the price, with the option to purchase extended packages. If you encounter any issues within the first month of purchase, we’ll take care of it. Additionally, every warranty includes recovery services.
Each bike includes a minimum 3-month MOT to ensure our customers are purchasing a safe product. If a bike is in our possession and has less than 3 months left on its MOT at the point of sale, we will retest it before handing it over to you, the customer.
We’re constantly seeking well-maintained bikes to expand our inventory and offer our customers a wide selection. If you have a bike you’d like to sell, reach out to our team, and if it catches our interest, we’ll provide the best possible price.
If your warranty has expired or if you wish to extend the standard 1-month warranty after taking possession of the bike, simply get in touch with us, and we’ll be able to assist you.
Yes, we have a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, provided the bike hasn’t sustained any damage that wasn’t at the point of sale. If the bike has covered over 50 miles since purchase, you will be charged £0.50 per mile you are over. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
When reserving a motorcycle with us, there is a £99 reservation fee. This fee secures your chosen bike and ensures it won’t be sold to another customer while you finalize your purchase. If full payment is not completed within 14 days, the reservation fee will be retained.
